Working on the ground, he gained hands-on experience in the fresh produce section, closely monitoring vegetable quality, shelf-life, and compliance with food safety standards. This role sharpened his eye for detail and instilled in him a deep appreciation for consistency and freshness values that would later define his entrepreneurial philosophy.

Following this, Dipen ran a franchise outlet of Puffs and Rolls, a popular barbecue and fast-food brand. Over 10 years in the food industry, he played a crucial role in ensuring ingredient quality particularly with vegetables while managing day-to-day restaurant operations. His commitment to consistency, freshness, and customer satisfaction helped establish the outlet as a trusted local food destination.
